High-risk Jurisdictions

According to the Law of Georgia on “Facilitating the Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing” the high-risk jurisdiction means a country or territory, which has serious deficiencies in its anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism system. The National Bank of Georgia, at the proposal of FMS, shall approve and, as required, update the list of high-risk jurisdictions.
